The New Jersey Long-Term Care Leaders Coalition is a collaborative group of clinical professionals dedicated to:
- encouraging communication between healthcare professionals and direct care workers in order to provide integrated care and improve resident care and quality of life.
- providing educational opportunities for healthcare professionals of multiple disciplines and direct care workers that will promote interprofessional practices and integrated quality care.
The NJLTCLC Annual Conference is intended to educate and update all healthcare professionals in identifying and managing common disorders in the elderly population.
